FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• What happens if the event is postponed for any reason? Tickets are accepted for the following year.

• Can I have a camp bonfire? No   fires or firepits are   allowed.

• Are dogs allowed? Yes, but they must be kept on a lead at all times & their poo must be picked up. (by you!)

• Is   glass allowed on site? No , sorry this is a working farm and all glass will be confiscated   at the gate. Please decant into a plastic container before arriving. 

• Can I bring use a BBQ? Yes, but it must be raised off the ground when using them.

• Can I order camping tickets after the advanced booking date has passed? No, but tickets will be available on the gate on a first come first served basis.

• Can I buy day tickets in advance? No, they will be available on the day on the gate.

• I don't own a VW, can I still attend? Yes, we welcome everyone.

• What time can I get into the show? On Friday the gates open to campers at 2pm. On Saturday and Sunday the gate will open at 10am.

• What time do I have to leave the site? The site must be vacated by 11am Monday at the latest.

• Can I get a refund it I can't make it ?   No sorry, all sales are final,  please resell your tickets.

• ​Do I have to wear my wristband? Yes, without it on you may be asked to leave.

• What do I do if I tear my wristband or it falls off? Go with your damaged wristband straight to Event Control / Reception and ask for a replacement.

• Is there running water on site? Yes

• Are there showers?   No
